I totally hear you. As...He looks so much like you!! I totally hear you. As much as I want to let my kids grow at their own pace, there is DEFINITELY pressure to assimilate them. I'm not a fan, but still manage to succumb occasionally. I love that he wanted his tooth back in! Growing up is scary--there's a lot of unpredictable stuff ahead. One of my brothers always said he would live at home forever. Sure enough, out of those of us who've bought homes and settled down, he's geographically the closest to my parents.
